Message I used the Snow Performance Stage2 kit with the variable boost controller and a safeinjection module. The controller is installed inside the car, under the dash so I could adjust the onset boost and full spray settings during tuning. The system starts spraying at about 9psi and ramps up to full pressure by 15psi. I run a peak of 22psi on my WI map.

I sprayed the pump flat black to help with the stealth factor.

I mounted the pump to the brace infront of the radiator and behind the bumper beam with two stainless worm clamps, also painted black.

I tapped the stock washer fluid tank with the supplied bung and also installed the optional float sensor to give me a heads up when the fluid is getting low. I have it wired to a yellow LED that sits behind an unused washer symbol in the dash cluster. There's also a green LED for pump activation and a red LED for a safeinjection trip mounted in the cluster as well.

I wired a 12V relay to kill power to my boost control solenoid when a trigger is sent fron the safeinjection module which forces the turbo to run at wastegate boost until the system is reset. I also wired a valet switch to the same relay and installed it under the dash in the stock fuse panel to limit hp if I need to hand the keys off to someone else. After I made all the connections here, I loomed it and stashed the relay in the fuse box under the hood where there was a little extra room

Before and after shots of the pump and the hose connections covered in wire loom and Super 33

Two shots of the safeinjection module ziptied to the washer fluid tank. I wanted to keep the hose lengths as short as possible so this location worked out the best

After the safeinjection, the hose runs up to the nozzle in my intercooler right before the throttlebody. Its also covered in black loom and once the bumper is installed, nothing is visable to the casual observer.

I run regular -20F washer fluid and my WI tune made an additional 30awhp/40awtq over my 93 tune. The car is just as strong in hot humid weather as it is in the early spring and late fall. I will most likely use the same set-up on my Z, but will plumb two safeinjection modules in tandem, one for each nozzle. I have been very pleased with the Snow product thus far.
